She graduated from Kocaeli University, Faculty of Fine Arts, Department of Graphics and Photography, Department of Photography in 2012 with a degree. She completed her interdisciplinary master's degree in Video at Gazi University, Faculty of Fine Arts, Department of Painting in 2014. As an academician, she continues to give lectures in the Communication Faculties of many universities within the scope of Portfolio Management, Photography, Video Art, Contemporary Art, Desktop Publishing, Cyber Arts, Electronic Media and Visual Studies, Creative Culture Industries. She continues to work as a trainer and consultant at Sema Özevin Creative and Cultural Industries Academy, of which she is the director.

She carried out his documentary photography works by shooting the stories of shipyards, factories and production. In addition to the "Pişmaniye" project, in which she tells about local labor, she worked on many industrial documentaries such as "Shipyard" and "Nuh Cement". She has also worked on many projects in fictional, experimental and abstract styles. Among them are the projects "Choronotope", "Superfluid", "Woman's Aura", "Kinesthetic", "Cosmos", "Cocoon", "Paradoxical Cycle", "Espas", "Parallel Universe" and "Ouroboros".
